Travel Essentials- What to pack for a long flight

Traveling is one of my favorite things to do. I love the adventure of it all, the people I get to meet along the way, and the perspective it brings. But traveling is no fun if you aren’t prepped for it! Having the right things with you on long flights, train rides, bus rides, etc. can make ALL the difference. It took me so long to nail down the perfect recipe for carry on items, but I’ve finally nailed it down and want to share.

Here are all the items I bring with me on long flights

What I like to do is put all of my personal items into my carry on purse, and then have all of my tech items in my backpack. This way the cords and tech pieces don’t get mixed up with my toothbrush, socks, etc.

Here is my favorite carry on purse to take as a carry on with all of my personal items. It’s large enough to hold all of my items, and it also has the option to slide it over your checked bag (shown below) to help ease the stress of carrying everything while you still have your checked bag with you. It’s my go-to!

Here is the backpack I use to hold all of my tech items. It’s cute, while also practical. It has mini pockets and zippers on the inside so you can arrange things the way you like, two water bottle holders, and it also has a laptop pocket.
